I was born in Poland and raised in Sweden through adoption. In 2023, I returned to Poland—not to recover a simple version of the past, but to build a more honest relationship with where I come from and where I belong.
Instability, adoption, and the long work of rebuilding a sense of home shaped my interest in trust, belonging, safety, and human behaviour. I am interested in what helps people lower their guard, understand themselves, and make decisions with greater clarity.
A lens, not a label
INFJ is a useful lens for describing how I tend to notice patterns, emotional undercurrents, and meaning. It is not a label that contains the whole person. I use it as one vocabulary among many for reflection—not as a fixed identity or a clinical truth.
That perspective runs through both sides of my work: the reflective, human writing I publish at Dailyli and the professional questions about trust and digital decisions I explore through Psychological SEO.
